[t13] NV Cache - where are traditional supported / enabled bits ?

In reviewing the IDpage support for the NV cache feature set, I'm not able to find the traditional supported / enabled bits.

 

The closest I can find is ID word 214, bit 4:

    Described at an "enabled" bit in table 14, but described as supported in the ID page text.

 

Question 1: Is this a supported or an enabled bit ?

 

Question 2: If this is an "enabled bit", what command is used to enable it ? (I have searched the set feature and all the NV cache text, but nothing jumps out)

 

Question 3: If this is an "enabled bit", what bit indicates "supported" ?
