I noticed there were alot of replies to this, so I hope I am not mentioning
something already brought up.
I have dealt with this before I think.
What I would do to repair this(If I remember right it usually happened on
designs that were originally created in Protel 98 or earlier... then brought
in to 99SE) is to do...
Select-->All
Move-->Selection
Then grab it and zoom out... move the selection around a bit so you can be
sure you have the entire bounding rectangle inside the workspace. When you
can see it is all contained set it down.
When it asks to re-pour answer yes and watch the polygons closely.
If it is the issue I remember the polygons will get re-poured fully... but
not in the location you expected... they somehow got moved.
Once they have been re-poured you should be able to delete them, since they
now actually show in the same place that they exist.
This was a rare issue... but the solution was the same in every instance I
saw.
Hope that helps.
