Dear Protel users,
I have a schematic I haven't assigned numbers to all the designators yet
(there's a few ``C?'', a bunch of ``R?'' ...).
Can I find all those parts with a question mark somewhere in their name ?
The parts that ``Tools | Annotate... | ? Parts'' is about to fix ?
The obvious thing to do is
``Browse Sch | Browse Primitives | Filter'' and use the filter ``*?*''. Then I
can double-click on any part in the list and jump right to it.
But this displays every part, because the question mark matches any letter. Is
there a way to just find question marks ?
I tried the regex escape ``*\?*'' but that didn't find *any* parts.
Workaround: I find all ``C?'' by filtering on ``C*'', they're at the top of the
list. I find all ``R?'' by filtering on ``R*'', they're at the top of the list.
Any others I'll catch when I do ``Design | Update PCB... | Warnings | Report''.
That lists each part with a question mark in its name, but won't let me
double-click and jump to them.
