Compact PCI is a different form factor and connector to PCI. The PCI board
wizard is still there in P99SE but it is no-go for Compact PCI.

I suspect the Dan, original author, will have to create one from
scratch. Dan, once you do create it maybe you would like to post it for
others to use? You can lodge it on the Protel-Users file space as a zip
file - but it would have to come through a member of the Yahoo groups
Protel-Users forum or you would need to sign up yourself.

(I can lodge it for you as can many others on the list. Please do not send
the file as an attachment to this list but rather send it as a private
email or lodge it yourself - http://groups.yahoo.com than search for
protel-users. The file space is currently set up for members access only
but there is a suggestion to make it publicly readable about to be discussed.)
