Yes it is true that Mike confirmed the bug IN THE PCB WHICH I SENT HIM.
I have not yet sent Protel a copy of the file. I would like to look at it
further myself before I do that.

Consider it done. I have recorded that Mike Reagan confirmed the bug - it
this the case? Maybe the two of you could try to see what is common on
your designs. Have Protel got copies of these designs?
