GET REAL!!!!! although I am in no way a mickey d's fan, I really can't see how it is possible for anyone to prove they had anything at all to do with the distribution of the nude pics YOU emailed to a cell phone...HELLO!!! it's 2008, absolutely anyone could have intercepted that email & done anything with it...I would have to have absolute, irrefutable proof that a mickey d's employee actually published the info...if you don't want nude pictures floating around the Internet, don't take the pictures (the real thing is infinitely better), AND DON'T EMAIL THE PICTURES TO ANYONE!!! least of all a CELL PHONE!!!...if you put it on camera, someone else is bound to see it at some point in time...IF YOU HAVE NUDE PICS OF YOUR WIFE OR SIGNIFICANT OTHER ON YOUR CELL PHONE, HAVE ENOUGH SENSE TO LOCK THE KEYPAD OR DON'T LEAVE IT IN RESTAURANTS OR OTHER PUBLIC PLACES WHERE IT CAN FALL INTO THE HANDS OF OTHERS...
