so I don't think I am stricly speaking allowed to distribute my
package. However, this is just a header file, I am assuming it is only
needed when linking against Intel version of BLAS?
Tomoji, can you comment on this one?
This headr file is for linking intel MKL (intel version
LAPACK/BLAS). RTKLIB can be built with MKL with
compile option -DMKL for fast matrix computation.
I didn't care the header file. I will check Intel license
again and If the redistribution is not permitted, I
will delete it from the package.

"No part of the Material may be used, copied, reproduced, modified,
