I have had problems using the NVS08 where the satellites somehow get
negative elevation values. This has occurred even after the latest
RTKLIB patch has been applied. I cannot recreate it, do not know what
caused it. RTKLIB had been running for a number of hours it showed it
no longer had any position and the elevation values were negative.
