Thanks for that - I'm going to assume if the other Binary formats translate to 
RTCM 3.x then there is no reason why BINR won't as it appears in the conversion 
list.

I have tested it with an number of receivers, hemisphere a325, novatel and 
u-blocks and it works perfectly well

Have however not tested with BINR as yet
