yes. But to be frank i lack expertise in that subject. I can be a listener of that paper. Handling the Legal issues is far more complicated than writing a software. Further there are as many forms of Open Source license as Linux Distros (ok, a said a little more :)). And the further complication is most of the licenses cannot be mixed even the versions of same license is incompatible CMIIMW.
