Materials Required

1.      A hall with good sound system and necessary furniture 

2.      PC – 1 piece having a CD drive, a floppy drive  and open platform

3.      LCD – 1 piece

4.      OHP – 1 piece

5.      White board  - 1 piece

6.      Different color board markers – 3 pieces

7.      Letters of appreciations – 20 (approx.)

8.      Presentation kit for each author – 20(approx)

A kit might contain a note pad, a pencil, a schedule for the day’s planning, open CD, book mark in a my clear bag.

9.      Volunteers – 3 (will be managed by paper presentation team)

Planning for paper presentation segment on SFD.

1.      Only selected six papers will be presented there.

2.      Time 11 PM to 2 PM.

3.       28 minutes time is allocated for each paper.

4.      6 minutes for brief introduction of the paper presentation event.

5.      20 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for questionnaires and 2 minutes for switching from one group to another, 1 minutes for giving letter of appreciation for each group.

6.      If any one form audience wants to discuss more about any paper with the author/s more them 5 minutes, he should visit the author/s individually.

7.      6 minutes for closing the event.
