[FOSS Nepal] Re: FOSS Nepal Constitution draft

 Hi all,

Just wanted to know whether I can view the English of the Foss constitution
draft. I cant read Nepali as I am a Bhutanese who is also working on the
FOSS related issues in Bhutan.
