Dear Unix and all foss members,

You can have Nepali Romanized key board layout in Linux based system. MPP
has
released nepali-langpack-1.0  and is availabe to freely download. Its size
is just 4.2 MB.

 http://nepalinux.org/downloads/nepali-langpack-1.0.tar.gz

for this just extract this file , you can find there readme file.

or just  run these commands as root user.

#  tar zxvf nepali-langpack-1.0.tar.gz
# cd nepali-langpack-1.0
# ./install.sh

It will automatically detect your Linux distribution and install the
language pack (locale, fonts, translation files, keyborad layout etc)
accordingly.


This language pack works for GNOME Desktop environment for
Ubunut 6.06, 6.10,7.04
Debian 4.0
Fedora 5 and 6
Redhat 9,RHEL 3 & 4

If you face any difficulities or have any query about the language pack
