pras, why don't we start with Drupal, It is open source and AFAIK you know drupal a lot, and have considerable experience of it, and we can add some ajax too. If we can integrate chat channel #foss-nepal on our webpage it will be cool too. Lets make it ASAP (S=simple and soon both). I can contribute to design idea but dont have considerable experience on web things (this could be a better chance to get one.. :) )
