Dear Fossians,
I conducted a presentation ( 22 May 2007 ) in Ministry of Information and
Communication about Opensource , LTSP and Empowering women in ICT through the
establishment of village knowledge center.In that presentation Minister Krishna
Bdr. Mahara, Secretary , some member of NCPM and some senior engineers from
Nepal Telecom were invitated.
The main target of that presentation is to elaborate opensource tool in remote
village.
"The basic need of people is to eat food , clothes and home rather than
computer", the lack of basic things they become poor.
BUT
If the people is from lack of information and communication , they become
more poorer rather than getting basic needs."
