I have been looking for some Touch Screens too, and I think that the best option for is to use a LCD Screen with a touch screen overlay over it. I did find a overlay manufacturer who supplies drivers for the overlay for Redhat, which can be changed to .deb package. THe cost was some around 160$ for the overlay.
