Dear IP have you thought about the domain of your project ? I am facing a problem in Unicode Nepali in multilingual word alignment ie English<->Nepali parallel corpus.There are lots of TM as well as alignment tools which do not detect Unicode Nepali. If it would solved machine translation specially EBMT would be possible content area. Example based machine translation is a new subject in language engineering. Are you interested to discuss on it?
