yeah... most of the geeks catch up on their social life later on....
although there are exceptions.. I still remember Guido Van Rossum's
statement at google techtalks... it was sth like this "I made python because
.... and also because I had no life.. trust me, you need to have that to do
something on technology,"  so  IMHO if you find yourself caring too much
about looks and still want to be a great technologist..  not sure  if you
are focused enough. Most of these guys pretty much had no life by general
layman standpoint... but they are heroes by our standards... Being alpha
geek does have its price... hmm... maybe since most of the core language
stuffs were developed in the 70s, and having beard and growing hair (grow
your hair for peace) was quite fashionable too... maybe a lot of them have
beard and a little long hair...  also... geeks are lazy in these kinds of
things... so it's not unlikely that they were too bored to shave...

I am mostly online from 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM...(+30mins i guess for
bangladeshi time...)  and almost whole day on saturday ....
