Decisions:
1. The constitution has to be finalized by Monday and all board members will
sign on it by Tuesday. After it the registration process will be done.
2. T-shirt designing competition will be organized. The specification will
be finalized through thread discussion in googlegroup. The deadline will be
2 weeks from commence date.
3. Teams for SFD decied so far are:
i. Documentation team
ii. Documentary team
iii. Freedom Toaster Squad
iv. FOSPIT team
v. Event Management Team (also Invitations and Sponsorship...)
vi. Material Team (CDs/ T-shirt/ Flex/ Flares...)
vii. Socials management Team
4. Freedom Toaster has been targeted for SFD 07'. The Proposal for
sponsorship will be prepared by this week by the FT team.
5.Decided to create thread for SFD on [EMAIL PROTECTED] for discussion.
