it's 4:30 (sharp) coz the time everybody comes in n the program really starts, it's always 5:30pm.. :) so u see u dont have to miss ur class, it ends up at 4, it takes 1.5 hrs to reach ktm = 5:30pm. perfect.. what do u think?? but can u suggest any other timing??
