Hello folks, Aaniyo here. I've been playing around in nepali wikipedia for a while. from my experience so far nepali wikipedia is growing very slowly and and it severely lacks useful articles. If any of us are seriously interested about wikipedia and want to promote in our local languages, we have to get organized and start working in cooperation.
Forming a local chapter of wikimedia is the best way to do so. http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_chapters has details about it. We can learn from and work together with the indian chapter, http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_India, regarding this matter. the indian chapter is also under formation and include nepali and bhojpur wikipedias.
