Thank you Prabin for your concerns. As somebody leading the NepaLinux
development and deployment ,let me try to clarify some of your queries.

Just a small correction. NepaLinux 1.0 was released in December 2005. So
it is just about two years since the first release.

Hopefully, NepaLinux will be known by a greater mass as we head towards
the deployment phase. We are organizing a ten day Trainer's Training of
NepaLinux to the ICT operators of some 6 rural sites from November
25-December 4, 2007. These trained trainers are expected to develop five
more trained people in each of these sites by January, 2007. We have
plans to multiply more trainers and users in these sites.

Creating awareness is one thing but sometimes I feel all this is not
enough. We need to get into action. That is not simply possible by the
sole efforts of one individual or organization. Hence the call for
combined efforts to be put into.

I think this has been answered.

It is one option to reduce the digital gap.

Thanks for these questions. I believe that positive criticism is very
much essential so as to mature ourselves and any product.

Sure. Once again thanks for your concerns.
