I am one of the developer of this site and like to let you all know , why we are bound to use IE.
Election commission is not a new organisation it has all the records of nepali People around 20 Million records in " PCS Nepal " Font which was designed 10 yrs back. Now guess how much time and testing time will it take to update all those records with 0% error. There is no chance of making any mistake. So guys we have no other choice "PCS Nepal" is a true type font but Mozilla doesn't support this. Therefore that pop up message was essential to let users know. But our primary browser was firefox for debugging and development. Also we are not that much concerned in playing around because it is very sensitive job and instead of making the fancy site we are focused on provide valid data with 0% error and also Security and load management is our major concern. IE is not a big deal in this world now. And we always are in support of FOSS.. and to be noticed the site is developed in PHP and major of our time critical application is in open source technologies such as java and python.
