Another question is, why that PCS-Nepali font ?  Why not use Unicode ?
 Or even if you don't worry about standards, if you have used some
fonts like preeti that many people already have, that would have made
the site more usable.  Narrowing down to just one browser and to one
not-so-widely-used font will only prevent users from using that
website and narrow down its usage.
