Folks can certainly use http://ubuntu.org.np/forum for all the forum needs or 
as a backup. Most welcome to do that.

Jwala, for interactive discussion, either a wiki/forum should do I guess. Also, 
don't forget there's http://wiki.ubuntu.org.np as well ;) but that's more like 
if someone has to do Ubuntu specific changes.

Take for instance- 
1) How, why and where - These are the basics.
2) Who, when - Add this.
3) How can the event be maximised so that members benefit the most and also 
have a good time while learning (It shouldn't be a drudgery for them and others 
involved) IMHO. It should be productive, fun session that may involve maybe 
some poking with the penguin. :)
