Buddy,
why dont you give a try with udev-rules.
Add a rule like this
KERNEL=="video*",SYSFS{idVendor}=="*0ac8*",SYSFS{idProduct}=="*0328*
",SYMLINK+="*video0*"
in /etc/udev/rules.d/95-udev-late.rules
