IMO Nepal should head for web 0.2 rather then web 2.0 . I think it would be pretty cool , ISP should start campaigns for promoting lynx http://lynx.isc.org/ . may be they are thinking "why do this dupes need bandwidth, bandwidth is our way to suck all the money from third world's ppl." They might be joking "हा हा हा जाबो नेपालका मान्छे लाइ नी bandwidth चाहिने रे lol" .
