The World Health Organization is going to implement an instance of OpenMRS for MDR-tuberculosis in Nepal in the following weeks. OpenMRS is a community supported open source medical record system. (more information can be found at http://www.openmrs.org)
We are trying to get in contact with local open source communities and universities in Nepal to see if the possibility of building a local community of developers and implementers is available.
