Definitely, LTSP is a nice option for your PCs. A powerful P IV server should be able to handle your 10 clients with 64 MB RAM. There are OS with LTSP built-in support like Edubuntu (is preferable for 128 Mb+ memory). But since, you have only 64 Mb RAM, K12LTSP based on Fedora is a nice option.
