The distinction between "wiki" and "website" is not really so
distinctly markable. IMHO wiki is the best way to construct your website.
What you may be trying to point out is the "default look" of wiki which is
seldom changed. (Not biasing here) As you all can see the website of fedora
project (http://fedoraproject.org) which seems to be just a single page, and
the rest of the important content is on wiki which does not seem to be much
different than the website look itself. Well, here, we are using Moin-Moin
wiki at Fedora Project rather than the default wikimedia installation.
Moin-Moin is a python powered wiki and used by many corporate houses.
The titles and headings suggested by Subir dai are just great.
I'm hopefully used to it. At Fedora we follow similar site structure. So
that website can be a rough sketch for us to start our own. The structure
though needs some refinement that could be done by the website team. So I'm
waiting for the website team to form and gear up. Being involved with
Artwork, I've some design perspectives to discuss with the team too.
So what do you guys think of Moin-Moin wiki (see
http://moinmo.in)?
Regards,
Abhishek Singh
