Nice idea. In this way we can get to know and get to share the real grassroot community.
I think Local FOSS community formed so far can participate and In KTM FOSS Nepal or any college FOSS community can take part. I think its better to disseminate participation in valley to college FOSS Communities. In this way contribution to FOSS movement in Nepal by maximum of members is possible.
