Firstly I(we) have been looking to organize a series of program. Lets aware
them with the Information Technology. Lets convince them with "Development
is not possible without IT"...Through What we gonna do is FOSS. So obviously
localization, open standard and everything comes.....

I have briefly said before but along with simple FOSS awareness we can train
them with web2.0, and all stuffs.

I think you can help as well here with making a "to be successful
plan/agendas"...creating a page and contributing to our wiki.
