this is one thing i dont like about our attitude.. it disgusts me how prompt we're to ridicule someone else's mistake.
it's clearly understood that the npc's hosting server is having some problem. technical problem is inevitable and and we all know about that too.. so as a responsible (technically oriented) nepalese citizen it's our responsibility to inform the webmaster ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) about the problem and if possible help to fix it too, rather than ridiculing the problem and the people involved in public forum like this. geolocation says the site is hosted at NTC's server ( http://geotool.servehttp.com/?ip=202.70.89.74&host=www.npc.gov.np). now we can't say it's hosted in some foreign server.. bad thing eh? what a chance we missed to criticize them again! grow up guys, this is OUR national planning commission's website that's down. technical mishaps happen, it might be a shame to the concerned webmaster but as a nepali it's certainly not a matter of poking fun at. only with collaboration and positive thinking we can move into the era of better nepal.. i'm writing a mail to the webmaster of npc and NTC as well. hope the website will be fixed soon.. regards, jwalanta.
