Yes, MPPs tool converts in both directions, but only for plain text
files,
that is text must be in one font and you loose all formatting.
My program, at http://code.google.com/p/nepaliconverter/
* converts text with mixed fonts (mixing Preeti, Kantipur, Arial,
Times new roman etc freely)
* and retains all formatting (headers, italics etc etc),
but
* you must first convert the document to OpenOffice .ODT format and
* it currently only converts TO unicode.
A big pity that no Nepali programmers have volunteered to finish the
program before I leave.
