Dear Khom Ji,
There is a Nepali Text-to-Speech developed by Madan Puraskar Pustakalaya.
For details, please visit the website link
http://bhashasanchar.org/textspeech_intro.php
However, we are yet to develop a screen reader for Nepali.
Thanks for your interests and enthusiasm in developing a screen reader for
Nepali. Lately, there has been growing interests towards Nepali
Text-to-Speech and a screen reader. We have had similar interests shown up
by some Nepali friends currently in Japan. So if all collaborative hands
join in altogether, I see the possibility of the development of a screen
reader for Nepali as well.
Regards,
