Hi,
You can download the respective iso from their respective websites

Ubuntu has ubuntu.com
Xubuntu has xubuntu.com and
kubuntu has kubuntu.com

Always make sure to check the cd for defects before installing.

And you can install the newer Ubuntu through pendrive using a software
called UNetBootin
http://unetbootin.sourceforge.net/
