code is
1) sudo grub
after u enter grub mean [grub>]
2)find /boot/grub/stage1
if this fail or give error [find /grub/stage1]
3)root (hdX,Y)
where  X and Y are variable u got the value from find command
4)setup (hd0)
5)quit
rabin shrestha
