Dear Anal Thank you

you can raise an issue like what is the benefit of localization for
engineering students. Why you (specially for engineering students in your
concern) need local language computing environment, is not English
sufficient, how to build multi-model,  legacy challenging and multi-lingual
computing environment? who is the responsible for these type of work,
student, teacher, community or Government?, Private? foreign donor?   I  am
seeking answer of such questions depending upon database;  practiced in
Nepal as well as other countries.
Can you collect some concrete database, knowledgebese about it?
