Finally pig on the air. MS hostilely towards GPLv2 and this patch (&
one more on moodle) contradicts common belief.  But I find  the viral
nature of GPLv2  won't allow MS to  use in its binary where it runs
under difference license. Some news are flashing on the violation
already.
