This is going to be held at Park Village, Budhanilkantha on 12th Sept, 2009. It is organized by NCIT. The conference is on Open Source so any kind of technical paper is accepted which is related to technology, especially Open Source. I'm looking forward to get atleast 10 papers from the FOSS Community.
