Hi Nilambar, I gess I was the one who sold you the cd and dvd :) ......about the DVD, it has some issues with some laptops but works fine with other laptops and almost any desktops. But you can always get the isos from the DVD even if it doesn't boot. Regarding the CD I have to say sorry for our fault.....we will definitely learn from our mistakes.
