we can just imagine the condition about teaching the child his first
letter.in the similar way the guys that are in the first year are in initial
condition.vey few of them know about this topic.most say that "dai yesto
pani huncha"....so u can imagine from their saying.so from our community
meeting,we yet to fixed thae date but we have fixed the topics that would be
included in the orentation of the first year students
topics that would be considered
1)describe open source
2)benefits of open source
4) say about available software's
5)presentation regarding this from our community member and from foss nepal
community as well
6)activities that are being conducted in our colz, and outside our colz and
in context of country as well
7)distribute operating software and open source software collection Cd's
DVDs
8)installation demo which will be done by our team
9)any video show like we did in sfd
so these will be done in the orientation class.........so we need some
flayers about Foss Nepal,nirvikalpa and any operating software most probably
ubantu 9.1 about 50-50 pieces each.........so wish i get reply for this as
well.........hoping for Best......
