Hello All,

In recent days, I have been searching for an fast Internet connection on the
move. I approached the NTC and UTL to learn about any new way for High speed
data communication on the move. As all must be aware, UTL comes with the
USIM, which is kind of okay, but not quite comfortable fast to depend on it.
There was one other option introduced by NTC, they call in EVDO, I was
wondering how does it work? what it the speed it provides? IS it somehow
near to 64/128KB cable connection? So that one could use Skype and other
such online applications for full scale computing. And most important, did
anyone have used it on Linux. Please do share, if this is a good option for
fast Internet and if so how to do it on Linux.

Also, is there happen to be any other technology/option, which gives your
liberty to have one user account and connection throughout the Kathmandu
valley (if not throughout Nepal) and make you work online? Will be glad to
learn about it. Does Ncell have any new option for this sector?
