Hi,

If you wanna type Nepali using traditional layout in Lucid, try using iBus

1. System > Preference > iBus Preferences
2. Input Method > Nepali > Nepali - trad > Add
3. To switch keyboard layout press Ctrl+Space or select from Notification
panel
