We shall be following a decentralized celebration approach trying to have more local celebration in and outside Kathmandu. Some colleges have already formed plans for celebration and we are awaiting some more. We have also planned for a symbolic central celebration which shall comprise mainly of short trainings. We have planned to organize short hands-on training on FOSS tools and appliances which shall be augmented by few open sessions as well. We shall be taking limited number of applicants for the hands-on training, but for the open sessions which might be running in parallel to the former there shall not be restriction on the number of participants. It is planned to be a half day event which shall be carried out in the second half of the day. More details shall be coming in a day or two. Till then you can contribute your ideas on this, help us with selecting the session that would be interesting and beneficial for the participants, and take leads on running one or more of the selected sessions.
