Moreover, I would want you to go through the report of SFD 2009 (which is available at the SFD website) and compile the report for your local celebration in the same format/structure. It would be worth mentioning that SFI has appreciated our reporting style. Later on after collecting report from all, I would start with compiling each into a single central reporting from Nepal. I would need a few volunteers to collaborate with me on compiling the final report though. Let me know if you want some insights or help on this.
