I have used gyachi (http://gyachi.sourceforge.net/). There are some ppa maintained for gyachi. If you are using maverick i.e. 10.10 $ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:adilson/experimental && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gyachi For karmic and older: $ sudo apt-add-repository ppa:loell/ppa && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install gyachi In lucid you can download loell's gyachi deb file and install.
Its not official yahoo but it supports web cam, though voice call are said to be supported I couldn't get it working.
