I can no longer use services like google dns or any other external dns for that matter when I am under adsl connection. We have been using opendns and google dns for the past few months due to unreliable dns service from NTC, and suddenly one day, everything fails to load. Is this even legal? Or may be discussing what is legal and what is not is a vague topic, I am struck dumb to find the existence of sources from which these actions originate. How do we voice this concern?
