Nice collection there... But I don't think some of them are necessary
like K3b.. K3b is kde based and thus needs a lots of dependencies if you
are running Gnome.. And Installing software through adding repos and ppa
is far better that downloaded deb as you are already notified about the
software update.. And it seems like you are using Ubuntu 10.10.. I would
also suggest to use a LTS version of Ubuntu.. And if you are an Ubuntu
Tester then I would recoommend Ubuntu 11.04.. The new interface is a bit
buggy and Ubuntu team needs your active support to help make it stable..
