But you don't need the whole Debian set to have it installed. In fact,
the last time I installed Debian, I did it from the business card iso
(~45 MB iso) and downloaded everything during installation. Not
recommended if you have anything less than 512 kbps though.

You could just use the netinstall image or the first CD and then
install the other programs from the repositories.
